Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet Review
How It Works:
While there are a number of cookie diets on the market, the most popular (and the original) is Dr Siegal's cookie diet. He was the original creator of this diet in 1975 and since then, this diet has helped over 500,000 people lose weight.
His cookies contain a special amino acid protein blend which helps to control hunger. You can also opt to drink a hunger-controlling shake instead of your cookies.
You eat 6 cookies per day (3 for breakfast, 3 for lunch) followed by a sensible dinner. In this sense the cookie diet is really a meal replacement diet - instead of meal replacement bars you eat cookies.
Types of Cookies include: Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate, Blueberry, Banana and Coconut
Types of Shakes include: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Crème Brulee, and Pina Colada.
